This weekly class is our main meditation class.
Each month we present a new series of classes and although each class
is taught as a part of this series, it is also self-contained, so new
people are always welcome.
Advice for a Happy Life:
Anyone can meditate and experience inner peace -- we just have to
learn how. In these practical classes, you will learn essential
meditation techniques and how you can apply these to your own life to find deeper and deeper happiness and inner peace.
Discover how meditation can help you de-stress, solve your problems,
